Lime
Included in the citrus family or citrus genus, lime has the Latin name citrus amblycarpa. Having a small size and wrinkled green skin, lime is commonly used to add a fragrant aroma to dishes such as chili sauce. Lime grows in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia. The Javanese and Sundanese call it lime limo. The Betawi people call it sambal oranges, while the Malays know it better as lime oranges.
