Dry extracts can be in the form of powder (powder) and granules so that customers can adjust to the desired formulation needs. The raw materials we use in making extracts are fresh and dried ingredients (simplicia) which are divided into categories of Vegetables, Fruits and Medicinal Plants. The extracts we produce are organoleptically quality (color, taste, & odor) and contain nutritious substances.
Our production system uses modern machinery so that the quality and hygiene of the final product is maintained. We implement extraction methods with maceration systems, percolation systems, and juicer press. In order to maintain the quantity and quality of the extraction results in order to obtain efficacious extract products, the use and selection of the right drying method is also a major factor. Our drying facilities include spray dryers, fluid bed dryers, and ovens. In supporting supervision and ensuring the quality of the products produced, PT. Herbacore has laboratory facilities including Physics Chemistry Laboratory, Instrument Laboratory, and Microbiology Laboratory.

All extracts produced are carried out in strict accordance with CPOTB and ISO. Through SOPs and qualified personnel, quality assurance is carried out at every stage of the process from procurement of raw materials to end products and well documented and traceable. The testing method used refers to the reference standards namely Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopeia (FHI), Indonesian Pharmacopeia (FI), Indonesian National Standards (SNI), United State Pharmacopoeia (USP), Association of Agricultural Chemists (AOAC), American Standard Testing and Materials ( ASTM) so that valid results are obtained and meet the applicable product requirements.
