Moringa Leaf

Moringa leaf (Moringa oleifera) is a tropical plant that has long been used as a traditional medicine. This plant can be recognized by the shape of its small leaves. Moringa trees are also easy to grow and can live in less fertile soil. Moringa is a plant that is thought to have originated from Agra and Oudh, which is located in the Himalayas (India). But in Indonesia itself, Moringa are quite easy to find. One of the largest moringa leaf cultivation areas in Indonesia is in Blora, Central Java.

Moringa leaves have a lot of content in them such as protein, carbohydrates, iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, folate, and vitamin C & vitamin A. Not only that, Moringa leaves are also rich in fiber, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, vitamins B, copper and antioxidants (polyphenols).
